North America Customer Support Center


With our ever-growing customer and dealer network, JCB is committed to continue our world class customer support. With that in mind, 2008 will see the unveiling of JCB’s 200,000-square foot service and support center.

Based at the North American Headquarters, the customer support center will enable JCB to increase parts inventory, as well as increase its fulfilment rate on spare parts from 95 percent to 98 percent. The center is a true reflection of the commitment JCB has to ensuring that both our dealers and customers get the best support in the industry.

World Parts Center


At the heart of our support network is the purpose-built JCB World Parts Center: a state-of-the-art facility employing more than 200 people and dispatching approximately 4,000 orders around the world every day.

JCB has the widest range of parts of any manufacturer - genuine JCB parts can help your machine remain truly JCB. Using some of the most advanced technology around, the World Parts Center has improved productivity to such an extent that we now achieve 96 percent of all dispatches within 24-hours of the order.
